Stomach ache, bloating, diarrhea or constipation tells us that something is not quite right. Everyone experiences digestive distress at some point, often brought on by the foods we eat or by stress. This class will help you better identify what your tummy is trying to tell you and how to react.
PARKING & HEART CENTER CLASSROOM LOCATION: 1304 Franklin Avenue - Normal - Ph 309/451-1400 Park in Med Park 6 parking deck; you may enter the deck off of Virginia or Franklin Ave. Park on level 2 or take elevator (located in the Northeast corner of deck) to level 2. Travel through the skywalk to the Medical Office Building. At the end of the skywalk turn left; when you have reached an area with elevators, turn right and cross the second skywalk into the main hospital building. Take the escalator, (or Elevator A) down 2 floors to the lower level. From the escalator: take a right. From the elevator: take a left into the hallway. At the end of the hall you will be in the Heart Center lobby. Go left through the lobby and the Heart Center classrooms
