In Pilates Matwork we will work to increase strength, improve posture and create a stronger mind/body connection. Learn how to use your own body weight to develop stronger, more toned muscles. Stretching and relaxation exercises will be included at the end of the class to refresh and restore the mind and body. Wear clothing that allows for freedom of movement and bring your own exercise or yoga mat.
Please bring a Pilates or Yoga mat.
