In this Pilates class, you will learn body awareness, plus safe and effective techniques for developing stronger core muscles. Exercises designed to develop pelvic stability and abdominal control will be done lying on your front, side, back and on all fours. Benefits include improved flexibility, better posture, increased strength and decreased muscle tension. The last ten minutes of class will include gentle yoga and relaxation exercises. Please bring your own mat.
Please bring a Pilates or Yoga mat.
