Flying Geese Made Easy

The Flying Geese quilt block is a traditional block. It was one of the blocks used for the Underground Railroad. The simple design of the flying geese unit makes it versatile for many quilting projects. You will learn the "no waste" method for making the flying geese units that is fast and fun plus you don't have to work with triangles! Prerequisite: Quilting Basics I or basic quilting skills.

Course Fee:
$38.00, plus supplies

A $5 supply kit must be purchased from the instructor at class. Please bring basic sewing supplies to class (scissors, neutral thread, seam ripper), quilter's straight pins, rotary cutter, mat, and ruler. Sewing machine - (**let Kay know if unable to bring machine).
