Yoga calms the mind, lifts the spirit and helps support a healthy body through greater strength, flexibility and balance. This class is for new students and those who enjoy practicing at a gentle pace. Class instruction includes basic yoga poses, breath work and relaxation. Leave with a release of tension and resume your day with an increased sense of well-being. All you need is a yoga mat and soft, loose clothing.
