The Basics of Cheese Making

Homemade cheese is easier to make than you think. Learn how to make a variety of cheeses, yogurt and buttermilk. You'll also learn the difference between milk from cows, goats and sheep, as well as the history of dairy in America. Then taste scrumptious samples and take the recipes home to make your own delicious homemade cheese.
